Ac 1061 Gold Pearl Base – WB

Description

It is a water based printing paste used to obtain elastic and soft touching gold pearl effect in textile printing.
It can be printed on cotton and white and light colored cotton – polyester blend fabrics.
If cured correctly as advised, the washing fastness is high.
Washing test should be applied 24 hours after curing.
Suitable to ecological standards.

Physical – Chemical Properties

Application

Printing :
In order to have more covering, colour productivity and elasticity in the print of AC 1061 Acrylic Gold Pearl Base – WB double print is advised with flash cure or AC 1040 Acrylic White – WB must be printed as underbase.
Screen :
Silk screens that are made of 32 cm/80 inch mesh 80 micron silk – 43 cm/110 inch mesh 70 micron silk should be used.
Squeegee :
57 – 62 Shore U type squeegee should be used.
Mixture :
AC 1061 Acrylic Gold Pearl Base – WB, OP series (1-5 %) or FR series (5-15 %) pigments are added.
To reduce the viscosity, AC 1009 Regulator – WB can be added (1-3 %) into AC 1061 Acrylic Gold Pearl Base – WB .
Never use water to reduce the viscosity. Before use, please stir the ink well. Do not use any
additives that are not advised. After using, the screen should be cleaned with the water.
Curing :
Should be cured at 160 °C/320˚F for 1,5 minutes.

Safety And Storage 

It does not contain harmful substances for inhalation and skin when used. However in case of contact to sensitive organs, such as eyes or mouth wash with plenty of water. If necessary, medical assistance is advised.
Keep containers dry and tightly closed. Store in a ventilated place between (+5)-(+30) °C/(+41)-(+86)˚F of temperature.
It should be consumed within 12 months after the production date.

Packing

In 8 kg and 30 kg or 1 gal and 5 gal of plastic packings.
